In a baby massage:
    Dilute the oil in a ratio of 1 drop per teaspoon of carrier oil and blend thoroughly. Warm a small amount of the mixture between your hands and gently massage the moisture onto your baby’s skin.

    In bathwater

    A few drops of the oil in the water at bath time can help to relax a baby before bedtime. 


    Spritz
    Spritz the diluted essential oil around your child’s room or on a duvet or pillow to create a relaxing scent before nap time.

    

Diffuse
    Essential oils make an effective and natural alternative to artificial room refreshers. While spreading a scent thorough a room with a water-based vaporizer is the safest, the candle will work perfectly as well.

: Essential oils shouldn’t be used on babies under 3 months. 
Essential oils are potent and should be always diluted with carrier oils or creams.
